Job Responsibilities
- To perform general and day to day procedural operation related matter.
- To support in documentation & maintain proper office filing & record system of the Department.
- To handle basic correspondences, documentation, reporting, mailing & follow up functions.
- To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
- To provide administrative & backend support to the team.
- To carry out any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
- To perform and assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical/ administrative support or equivalent
- Experience in Intellectual Property Industry will be an added advantage
- Positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Pleasant personality, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required skills: MS Excel & MS Word
- Prefer multiple languages of English, Malay and Chinese proficiency. Knowing other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage to enable the ability to coordinate Chinese & Taiwanese clients.
