Admin Assistant - Urgent

Job scope

1. Input and update data accurately into the company's databases and other digital systems.
2. Organize and maintain filing system, both electronic and paper files.
3. Assist in handling daily administrative tasks which includes filing, typing, photocopying and scanning documents, correspondence and following up on pending matters.
4. Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
5. To carry out any other duties, responsibilities and assignment whenever required.

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM Level
2. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
3. Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
4. Possess own transport
5. Computer literate
6. Required skills : MS Office, MS Excel
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
9. Positive working attitude
10. Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
