Job scope
- Input and update data accurately into the company's databases and other digital systems.
- Organize and maintain filing system, both electronic and paper files.
- Assist in handling daily administrative tasks which includes filing, typing, photocopying and scanning documents, correspondence and following up on pending matters.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- To carry out any other duties, responsibilities and assignment whenever required.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Level
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Possess own transport
- Computer literate
- Required skills : MS Office, MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive working attitude
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
