Job Responsibility
- Responsible for all administrative tasks including typing, scanning and distribution of mail, handling telephone calls, purchase order, invoice, etc.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Responsible for office inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Provides administrative support to senior executive/superior.
- To perform any miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.
- Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate with a very positive attitude and good personalities.
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Independent, Organized, hardworking, team player, willing to learn new thing, able to multi-task, and prioritize daily workload.
- Working experience in the related field would be an advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess Own Transport.
