We are looking for a driven Admin Assistant to join our growing team at EstheCosme (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of working experience. Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

To create, design, print monthly promotional leaflets, panel stickers, magazine layouts and coordinate with suppliers/agencies.

2. Coordinate launches, promotions and brand specific animations and consumer events to drive brand sales and assist in selling-in of new products to sales channels.

3. To do Product Registration with the local authorities.

4. Assist to develop new businesses through Social Media, E-marketing, Credit Card joint Promo and creating e-marketing newsletter and marketing information to customers on a regular basis.

5. To assist implement press invitations, press kits and press release for Public Relations and to liaise with Advertising & Promotion Agency.

6. Liaise with suppliers, buyers and getting quotations.

7. Assist department head on all other office matters.
