Job Overview
The Admin Assistant provide support to the Team Leader, assisting in daily operation needs and managing our team’s general administrative activities.
Job Description
- Assist leader by sending reminder to Consultant through various communication channel to avoid overlooked case.
- Assist Leader to communicate with banker using various communication channel, with Leader instruction
- Assist leader to follow up with Banker in timely manner and in a systematic way with proper guidance from Leader
- Continuously maintain professionalism and practice good communication to ensure smooth team's operation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks from Leader, from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / DIPLOMA in any relevant field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in administration field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Able to work independently.
- We also offers this position in full time and work from home basis.
