Job Overview

The Admin Assistant provide support to the Team Leader, assisting in daily operation needs and managing our team’s general administrative activities.

Job Description

• Assist leader by sending reminder to Consultant through various communication channel to avoid overlooked case.
• Assist Leader to communicate with banker using various communication channel, with Leader instruction
• Continuously maintain professionalism and practice good communication to ensure smooth team's operation
• Handle ad-hoc tasks from Leader, from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferably with a minimum 1 year of experience in the administration field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently.
