Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to purchasing stationery, managing office boy schedules, overseeing cleaning operations, procuring company equipment, and coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery.
- Coordinate schedules and tasks for office boys, ensuring efficient support for day-to-day operations.
- Oversee cleaning services to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee building repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed.
- Any miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
-Language required: Chinese, Malay language and English.
