Job Description:

• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
• Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain organized and efficient office operations

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malay
• Proficiency in Chinese will be extra beneficial
• Traits of responsibility, honesty, and trustworthiness
• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
