Qualifications & experience
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/STPM
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 years admin experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle Ecommerce's online platform orders from all online portals thru ERP system
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks such as filing , controlling documents, timely administrative reporting, manage inventories and checking inwards outwards stocks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Monitor documents dispatch and received
