KZ Trendy Sdn Bhd was established in June 2019. We are an e-commerce retails mainly focus on Malaysia Marketplace such as Tiktok, Lazada & Shopee. Qualifications & experience

Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/STPM
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 1 years admin experience

Tasks & responsibilities

Handle Ecommerce's online platform orders from all online portals thru ERP system
To perform day to day general administrative tasks such as filing , controlling documents, timely administrative reporting, manage inventories and checking inwards outwards stocks
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Monitor documents dispatch and received
