Responsibilities:
- Support communication between parents, staff, and management.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our programs.
- Assist in organizing events and activities
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Perform general clerical duties and maintain office supplies.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff for smooth operations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent; relevant administrative experience is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for contributing to a positive learning environment for young children
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
