About the role:

We’re currently expanding our admin team and looking for an organized, detail-oriented, mature and positive admin clerk to join our admin team. 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
  • Prepare quotations to government/private sector hospitals, dental clinics and dealers/suppliers.
  • Handle government & universities procurement system including bid quotations and processes purchase order
  • Processes sales orders and purchase orders
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Higher Secondary/ Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related position. However, fresh graduates without relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Points & Publisher
  • Candidate must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia/English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage The role requires to interact with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Good in time management
  • Able to work immediately.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Independently manage workload and prioritization of tasks
