We are desiring to recruit an enthusiastic Admin to join our collaborative team at Megahock Pipes & Profile Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

  1. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring sufficient stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Coordinate office operations and procedures, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  4. Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure organization and accessibility of documents.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, copying, and scanning documents.
  6. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting locations.
  7. Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  8. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  9. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  10. Handle petty cash and expense reporting, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to budget guidelines.
  11. Liaise with building management and external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and other facilities-related matters.
  12. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management.
  13. Uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  14. Provide general administrative support to colleagues and management as required.
  15. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
