Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin cum Account Assistant

- Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining filing records and managing office supplies.- Assist the Sales department with operational tasks as required.- Handle basic day-to-day administrative responsibilities.- Coordinate the preparation of Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and other necessary documents.- Manage ad-hoc assignments as they arise. - Minimum educational requirement is Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma.- Open to Fresh Graduates.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with the ability to work autonomously.- Immediate or short notice availability is preferred.- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
