ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Hiring Urgently

Job Description:

• Assist to handle accounting and administrative.
• Responsible for all aspect of accounting AP and AR.
• Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger.
• Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for cross-company.
• Assist with account receivable and payable related functions.
• Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference.
• Sensitive towards numbers while key in data. 

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year experience as an account.
• Experienced in accounting software such as Auto Count Accounting Software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• per week working 5.5 days
