Admin cum Account Assistant (行政兼会计助理)
Base in HQ Puchong Office
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Knowledgeable in basic accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR and Statement of Account.
· Bank Reconciliation.
· Handle accounts payable and account receivable.
· Monitor Debtor Account and follow up outstanding payment.
· To check monthly staff claim , staff commission.
· Check email everyday for incoming message
· Issue Receipt to Customer and prepare monthly customer Ageing for Sales Rep
· Ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
· Assisting with audit, facts checks and resolving discrepancies.
· To assist the administration and management in other job functions where required.(typing of letters and documents)
· Familiar with sales report.
· Handle company stationery & daily sundries inventory.
· Company monthly forecast petty cash expenses.
· Go out for bank-in cheque require or submissions documents.
· Ad-hoc task from department manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least LCCI / Diploma / "O" Level (Fresh graduate is encourage to apply)
· Related experience required.
· At least 1 years working experience required.
· Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
· Have experience in SQL Accounting System will be added advantage.
· Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Word, Power Point.)
· Able to work indepently with minimum supervision.
· Teamwork, problem solving, patience, communication, ability to work under pressure.
· Can start work immediately will be added advantage
