Job Description

• Receptionist: handle incoming and outgoing calls, attend to walk-in customers, receive and send parcel.
• Responsible for ticket booking and cost control.
• Responsible for office supplies management, including purchase, assign and supervise supplies, fixed asset inventory, and supplier management.
• Responsible for the office environment management and maintenance of office items.
• Responsible for payment of administrative expenses.
• Assist employees in planning, organizing, arranging and coordinating employee activities.
• Fully (Executive) or partly (Assistant),  responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting, tax, statutory, and other administratively related tasks and transactions for the company.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Professional Certificate or equivalent
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
• Excellent capability of document writing and good at MS Office.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay. Candidates Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaker visitor.
