Responsibilities and Duties

• Pickup and deliver goods
• Running errands for Director and company
• Maintain privacy & confidentiality of employees and the family information at all times
• To ensure the vehicles are in good working order and perform the normal maintenance check before and after daily use of the vehicles.
• To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times
• To send the vehicles for the scheduled service maintenance on time
• Responsible for office equipment installation
• Provide technical and maintenance support

Requirements

• Good command in Mandarin for liaising with Mainland stakeholders.
• Possess a valid driving license with clean track records and good driving skills
• Able to use navigation apps like Google Map and Waze to determine the best route
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur routes
• Fit and healthy with good eyesight
• Able to work overtime and willing to work for long hours
