We are looking for highly self-motivated and good team player who is able to plan, execute and supervise quality work of the administrative support function.Main Tasks:-Perform the administrative support functions of the office.-Coordinate clerical duties and front-desk activities, including, but not limited to, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, sorting mail, filing, photocopying, ordering and inventory of supplies, and typing reports.-Plan and improve the business support processes and SOPs.-Manage and organise any other task requested by Head of Operations from time to time. Education:-Diploma in any discipline.Requirements:-Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply-Attention to details, and ability in problem solving.-Pro-actively seeking new ideas/methods to improve efficiency.-Good team player, able to communication and work well with other colleagues.-Efficient time management, able to prioritize tasks and follow through without missing deadlines.-Good command in English.
