Customer Service Industrial Trainee

1. Data Entry.

2. Answer customers' & agents' inquiries.

3. Compile all documents for distribution to respective departments.

4. Update customers database and zone plan.

5. Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

2. Able to speak English and Mandarin. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking staff and customers.
