Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and organized Admin Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our clients legal firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and a basic understanding of legal processes or documentation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff, including document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, correspondence, and court documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in managing lawyers calendars, including scheduling appointments, hearings, and deadlines.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate courier services for legal documents and filings.
  • Support in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining simple accounts or billing records (if required).
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and government agencies for document submissions or follow-ups.
  • Ensure all documents and information are handled with strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
