Job Descriptions:
- Processing of new agency applications and registration of agency including termination, updating of details/information of agent, and uploading of agent's CPD hours in the Online Application and Registration System.
- Updating of agent's details/information such as email address, mailing address, business registration number, etc in the AS400 System, One System, and FLAS.
- Processing of Financial Advisor application.
- Opening and maintenance of agency files, filing and maintenance of original Agency Agreement, Guarantee Bond, and Letter of Indemnity/Guarantee.
- Administration of various online applications (OARS, AS400 System, One System, FLAS, CTOS and other IT Applications)
- Temporary opening and blocking agents' account in the AS400 System.
- Processing of Agency Benefits (Laptop/iPad/Printer, Internet Subsidy, Printing Fee, Wakil Insurans Signboard, Business Card, etc) requisitions from all Business Units/Branches.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by your Immediate Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Insurance Industry
- Basic knowledge of Standard Operation/Administration procedures and protocols of the Insurance business.
- Good command of IT systems and applications.
