Job scope
· Perform order processing including planning and arrangement of delivery & documentation including, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Delivery order.
· Assist on account receivable & payable.
· Liaise with forwarders, customs department and distributers.
· Apply & renew all kinds of government license.
· Submit weekly ledger and Inventory to Admin Manager.
· Other ad-hoc Administrative support required.
Requirements
· Min SPM.
· Preferably with experience in administrative, importation and exportation.
· Pleasant personality, possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work independently.
· Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese
· Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
· 5 working days.
