Admin Executive (Customer Services Officer / Compliance) - (Kuala Lumpur KL / Selangor / Johor / Penang) Work From Home role, Remote Work Permanently

We are looking for bright individuals who are energetic, having or showing a strong desire and determination to succeed, and thrive in a fast-paced tech savvy work environment. We have various open positions and are looking for partners and associates who can be part of our dynamic team of corporate secretarial, HR, admin, customer services, accounting and taxation professionals.

Job Description

  • Manage phone calls, email enquiries
  • Data entry into CRM
  • Provide administrative support to the department’s operations (e.g. sorting softcopy documents)
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Detailed oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, displays initiative and positive working attitude
  • Is well-organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Fast pace working environment
