Admin Executive - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities:

• To assist in daily’s operations of Internal Audit and administration tasks.
• To source quotations from suppliers and compile for cost comparison.
• To conduct internal audits on payments in accordance to company standard procedures and to ensure audit supporting documents are completed in order to support the findings.
• To update data to Microsoft Excel documents filing on daily basis.
• To review and maintain and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval and storage of documents/files.
• To perform follow-up audits to ensure that action plans are implemented in accordance with the agreed timelines.
• Other administrations tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

• SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting background will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Has a flexible, proactive and good attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentially at all time.
• Computer literate and good interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wilayah Persekutuan.
