Job Descriptions:
- Monitor office stationary and groceries
- Oversee office premise to ensure they are good state repair and maintenance at all times through liaison with service provider.
- Ensure office equipment and machinery such as furniture, air-conditioners & etc are well maintained and serviced regularly.
- Oversee effective office security, including liaison with security company and ensuring adherence factory and office security and safety policies for all the staff and visitors.
- Monitoring company motor vehicle and lorry on road tax & insurance renewal on time.
- To assist claim insurance for company vehicle.
- Responsible for foreign workers' FOMEMA, work permit application and renewal.
- Attend immigration office, labor office where related foreign worker matters.
- Conduct orientation for new join foreign worker, register tax number to LHDN and register new application to PERKESO.
- Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Able to communicate to all level
- Graduated with Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Manufacturing industry and expertise in doing recruitment of workers lever or mass recruitment including handle new & renewal application of foreign worker).
- Handling government department such as labor office, immigration, perkeso office & etc by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
- Age: 27 to 35 (Male are preferable).
- Good in Micro Excel & Word.
- Experience in issuing purchase requests.
