Admin Executive （ Property Management )

- Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and coordinate office renovation project.-Liaise with facility management vendors and service providers.-Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and building management office.-Responsible for all part of tenancy agreement / lease contract, from negotiation to sign off.-Update tenancy details in the property management report, record in a timely manner and ensure that data are accurate-To support and assist the Admin Manager the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office.-Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.-1-2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.-Required skill(s): MS Office.-Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.-Must be a self-starter and driven.-Willing to travel across region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.-Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
