We are seeking a brilliant Admin Executive to join our dedicated team at MAC SECURITY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/HIgher/Graduate
  • Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • At Least 1 Year of Working Experience in related field is required
  • Able to perform on KWSP, PERKESO, ESIMS and E-PEROLEHAN webpage without assistance
  • High level of commitment, intergrity and honestly
  • Must be able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Must have basic knowledge about Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Willing to Learn 
  • Willing to Handle Filing
  • Able to take notes during brainstorms and team meetings
  • Timely preparation and processing of expense reports
  • Track all documents for approval and signage
  • Maintain office facilities as needed
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking aptitude
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • To Act to Liason Between & Client's (Management)
  • To Organise and Manage Daily work duties
  • Able to keep record of details and work required
  • Able to assist in office administration duties assigned
  • Assist in any other duties assigned from time to time by manager
  • Attend to calls and customer needs on time
  • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assigments
  • Printing, collating as needed by the team
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
  • Transcribe, record, fax and file documents.
  • Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms and ensure that refreshments are made available.
