-Responsible for handling administrative duties,quotations, purchase order, invoicing and etc.
-Answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
-Letter writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia to related corporation( private and government sector).
-Manage bank and petty cash flow.
-Manage all kind of reimbursement/ claim.
-Handle accounts payable and receivable.
-Ad-hoc will be required.
