-Handle mailing/courier service, office assets, facilities control, stationeries & general purchase for office usage, renewal any office/company related matter.
-Store Management (manage and control store assets)
- Company asset manage and control
-Compile and ensure all invoice/billing pass to acc. dept.
-Manage company telephone system and visitors.
- Preparing reporting as per ad-hoc, weekly and monthly basis
-Manage, monitor & follow up closely on every task.
-Able to work under pressure to meet with tight & dead line.
