- Responsible for contract, agreement, certificate and licenses renewal.
- Upkeep of office facilities, such as telephone, fax machine, photostat machine, printer, air-conditional, drinking machine, etc..
- Monitor daily and monthly services, such as cleaning service, lift maintenance, fire system maintenance, pest control, etc..
- Manage waste controller (paper, rubbish, pallet, chemical, etc.), such as collection, billing and payment.
- Prepare monthly report to government bodies, such as DOE, Statistics, Custom, etc..
- Responsible for stationery control (movement & order) and office's stuff purchasing.
- Monitor monthly water & electricity usage and prepare debit note to tenant.
- General administration works, such as distribute receiving mail, check pallet truck, etc..
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good working attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
