Admin & Operation Assistance

 

The interesting role in a market research venue provider includes but not limited to corporate meeting, workshop, corporate and private events. As part of the admin & operations team, you will report to the Operation Manager.

You will work closely with internal & external clients to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. You are to work towards offering outstanding customer service including provide information, quotation, operation, and administrative matters. This function will be regularly handling quotations, invoices, enquiries, social media posting and coordinate with vendors to ensure setup being done efficiently and with great accuracy. 

Based in Petaling Jaya with comfortable and relax working ambience cum free parking.

You should be a highly organized & detail person, flexible and able to multitask.

·      Assisting and supporting the Operation Manager and other colleagues with preparing quotations, itineraries, reservations, purchasing and admin matters,

·      Negotiation services in line with the requirements from the customer

·      Appropriate follow-up practices for venue enquiry 

·      Understand the requirements for each enquiry

·      Oversee the event's happenings and act quickly to resolve any problems that might arise.

·      Perform any other work-related tasks or Ad-Hoc projects as assigned.

·      In charge of venue enquiry, venue setup planning to suit client requirement, logistics, event set up & tear down, and smooth execution of events.

·      Willing to learn, possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and be able to communicate well with colleagues.

·      Willing to work occasional long hours and over weekends (for which you will get replacement leaves)

·      Can speak, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia’

·      Effective time management.
