Welcome to Engage Life! We're a corporate wellness and engagement service provider, managing companies’ employee well-being programmes as well as a community wellness app. This position will focus on strategic sales and/or marketing. Each of us are also given the opportunity to assist and take part in health and wellness activities organized by the team for our clients! Responsibilities include: -Administrative Support:-Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.-Support finance-related activities including completing company related payments, invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts management.-Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up-to-date and organized.-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.2. Assist in Operations Management:-Assist to oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure efficiency and quality of service.-Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring a high standard of care.-Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.3. -A positive mindset and openness to learning.-Passion in health and well-being.-Knowledge of the healthtech/wellness industry is a plus and a strong desire to expand knowledge in this field.-Basic knowledge is finance and accounting.-Willingness to work with SaaS models.
