Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Purchasing

Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)

Job Scope:

  • Find new suppliers and compare prices, cooperation terms, lead times, and service quality with existing listings.
  • Communicate with China suppliers using messaging apps to discuss purchasing details.
  • Collect market information, search for reliable alternative suppliers, and negotiate and buy high-quality promotional gifts at the best possible cost according to guidelines.
  • Negotiate prices and purchase terms while maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers.
  • Ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.
  • Keep your supervisor updated on order and purchasing issues.
  • Place orders for goods as per negotiated terms and approvals from your superior.
  • Create and send purchase orders, emails, and manage billing, coordinating supplier payments.
  • Verify and confirm receipt of goods from suppliers.

Requirement:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin for communication via email, phone, and messaging apps.
  • Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior industry experience is a plus.
  • Trustworthiness and a good personality are advantageous.
  • Must be responsible and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, basic email, and computer skills.
  • Must have your own laptop and transportation.
