General Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks such as answer incoming calls, filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
- Manage and organize staff records and files.
- Manage employee leave records and employee attendance records.
- To prepare crane’s documents and arrange crane’s inspection.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management.
- Can Start Work Immediately.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn new skills from others and working as a team.
- Able to work independently with minimal of supervision.
- Good communication skills (English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia). Able to speak in Mandarin Language.
- Punctual with strong attendance history.
