ADMIN - Rewarding Work

General Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle general office tasks such as answer incoming calls, filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
2. Manage and organize staff records and files.
3. Manage employee leave records and employee attendance records.
4. To prepare crane’s documents and arrange crane’s inspection.
5. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management.
• Can Start Work Immediately.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn new skills from others and working as a team.
• Able to work independently with minimal of supervision.
• Good communication skills (English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia). Able to speak in Mandarin Language.
• Punctual with strong attendance history.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
