Required to work in new office location: Elmina Business Park, Lorong Elmina 1, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• To assist daily office operations. filling, clerical works, AR and Inventory.
• Issue Sales Order, Delivery Note, Invoice and Service Report.
• Assist in packing, arrange parcel delivery and pick up.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in administration. 
• Possesses SPM or Diploma certificate.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, to liaise with mandarin stakeholder and client.
• Basic MS Office and SQL Accounting software (Training will be provided too)

Preferred criteria:

• Multitasking at times with details.
• Team player.
