Admin Supervisor (Facilities) - Leading Industry Pay

Overview

This role is responsible in maintaining inventory, costing controls, issue PR/PO as well as be the supporting role for Facilities cost forecasting and reporting. You will be working with a collaborative team to provide decision support to Finance and Facilities Management Team, a good opportunity to grow and advance your career.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform setups on inventory cycle count program, prepare analysis reporting on cycle count performance and inventory control.
• Follow up monthly accruals with entire department to support for month end close activities.
• Assist in tracking/update KPI outlook and metrics, preparation and checking on financial reports for management review.
• Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensure inventory and costing control procedures in compliance to GAAP and SOX requirement.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
• Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects.
• System managing for a group of in-house contractors. 

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A, combination of both experiences would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good analytical and reporting skills, have good understanding in manufacturing cost structure.
• Positive mindset and proactive in problem solving.
