Qualifications & experience

 

  • At least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Administration/ Finance or equivalent
  • 0-1 working experience in billing process or similar role
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Work independently & as part of a team
  • Tight to deadlines
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Process Delivery Oder and Invoice 
  • Prepare & send monthly statement to customer
  • Maintain & upkeep record keeping
  • Generate monthly report
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
