Administration Executive (Full Time)

1. Oversee agreements, ensuring validation and monitoring expiration dates.

2. Manage company fixed assets, including custodian, tagging, maintenance, and ensure financial asset record.

3. Ensure office supplies inventory is well-prepared.

4. Prepare reports whenever applicable.

5. Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time. 

Job Requirements

1. Degree in International Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

3. Able to speak Mandarin and English. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking staff.
