Professional Requirements

  1. Work diligently and meticulously, have an outgoing personality, be honest, reliable, and have a good character;
  2. Good coordination and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills;
  3. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and service awareness;
  4. Good image and temperament;
  5. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]

 

Education Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor, majoring in management, business, or language

 

Language Requirements:

-  Fluent in English

-  Professional Working Proficiency in Malay

- Professional Working Proficiency in Chinese

 

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for front desk reception management and telephone transfer;
  2. Sending and receiving emails and letters, arranging packages, and communicating with courier companies;
  3. Purchase and manage various types of equipment, office supplies, and miscellaneous items in the company, supervise the supply of energy such as water, electricity, and gas;
  4. Responsible for arranging various conference affairs, assisting superiors in arranging and executing administrative and logistical affairs;
  5. Assist the HR department in daily personnel operations and share some human resource related tasks;
  6. Responsible for endorsement and coordination of transportation affairs.
