- In charge of updating, analysing, proper filing of documents, files, and records.
- Manage bosses daily schedule including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Arrange & organize company events, functions, campaigns & etc
- Liaise with third parties (government, legal firm, bankers & etc) on behalf management
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation as needed.
- Responsible office maintenance, ensure well-equipped and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including email company.
- Coordinate with customers or vendors for matters related to company and etc.
