Job Responsibilities:

Customers/Visitors Support. Work with Host, Including booking of hotel, flights, ground transportation, visitors name tag, lunch and dinner arrangement.
Travel arrangement, including invitation letter application, visa application, air ticket, hotel and transport arrangement for visitors and employees.
Admin support to MD (backup), including calendar management, travel arrangement, visitors reception, document signature, expenses claims, etc..
Apartment Rental for expatriates including rental payment, arrange for routine cleaning
Plant Gift management
Meeting Room 5S
Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualification:

-Education: Degree or equivalent

-Language Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin

-Experience: 1-4 years work experience including 3-5 years’ expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in administration work experience.
