Job Responsibilities:
- Customers/Visitors Support. Work with Host, Including booking of hotel, flights, ground transportation, visitors name tag, lunch and dinner arrangement.
- Travel arrangement, including invitation letter application, visa application, air ticket, hotel and transport arrangement for visitors and employees.
- Admin support to MD (backup), including calendar management, travel arrangement, visitors reception, document signature, expenses claims, etc..
- Apartment Rental for expatriates including rental payment, arrange for routine cleaning
- Plant Gift management
- Meeting Room 5S
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualification:
-Education: Degree or equivalent
-Language Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
-Experience: 1-4 years work experience including 3-5 years’ expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in administration work experience.
