Job Description
1. Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, expense reporting, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end processes.
2. Process online orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and resolve order and stock issues.
3. Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
Requirement
1. Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting).
4. Capable of managing tasks and responsibilities autonomously, ensuring efficient office operations and accurate financial management without constant supervision.
