Uniark Tech is the leading outsourcer of digital banking solutions, which provides comprehensive operational and technological outsourcing solutions for financial institutions in various segments, focusing on global payment, crypto custody, exchange, as well as the integration between WEB 2.0 and WEB 3.0.

 

Job Responsibilities and Description:

  1. Manage financial reimbursements and invoice issuance for various company projects.
  2. Review employee expense claims, prepare and record accounting vouchers.
  3. Handle the bookkeeping and management of various original accounting documents.
  4. Process payment orders for daily expenses and procurement expenditures.
  5. Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and the maintenance of fixed assets.
  6. Compile monthly employee attendance data and generate attendance reports.
  7. Assist the human resources outsourcing service company with tasks related to employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and termination.
  8. Manage visitor reception, office environment maintenance, and organization of team-building activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or accounting.
  2. A minimum of two years of experience in administrative or financial work, with those holding financial experience given priority.
  3. Familiar with the processing of accounting statements and accounting regulations.
  4. Proficient in financial software and Office applications.
  5. Possess strong learning ability, independent working capability, and financial analysis skills.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
