The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments. -Maintain office cleanliness and ambiance to create a welcoming environment.-Manage incoming mail and office phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties.-Negotiate rates and place media bookings as required.-Conduct research tasks as assigned by management.-Update and maintain company social media accounts with weekly content posts.-Assist in the submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for government projects.-Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory levels.-Procure office supplies and handle pantry and toiletry purchases.-Compile and submit claims and commission reports to the finance department.-Organise monthly birthday celebrations for staff members.-Manage directors' claims and assist with licence renewals.-Coordinate vendor registration and assist with parking applications.-Handle incoming and outgoing checks and liaise with courier services.-Collaborate with building management and external vendors to resolve office issues.-Provide support for printer management and troubleshooting.
