Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma level in any field
- At least 3 years of working experiences in related field.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge on Microsoft 365 application (SharePoint, Forms, Lists and etc.)
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to relevant and appropriate personnel
- Provide general and accurate information about the company to visitors and callers
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, correspondences and deliveries
- Assist to manage and ordering office and pantry supplies
- To schedule appointments and meetings when needed
- To prepare and maintain cleanliness of all office spaces (including pantry, conference hall and etc.) before and after usage.
- Assist in record management of office correspondences, letterhead numbering, maintain filling systems and administration
- Manage data entry and other administrative tasks as and when required
