We are searching for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at Specialty Food Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak.

A. Job Description:

Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the production department and f&b operation.
Handle all matters relating to license renewal, puspakom test booking, insurance and road tax renewal.
Arrange for service, repair or maintenance for outlets’ equipments such as air-cond, pest control, kitchen equipments and etc.
Responsible for the administration of sourcing for kitchenware requested by outlets.

B. Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher.
Minimum of at least 1 year related experience.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be fully conversant with Microsoft office applications such as Words and Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Able to communicate with colleagues from various departments.
Independent with minimal supervision required.
