Administrative Associate

This role will be responsible for all activities involving pre-assembly planning and transaction, inventory transfer from third party warehouse and print expiry list. It will also support several tasks in the Raw Material function. You will be reporting to the Operation Planning Manager.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Pre-assembly planning and batch card transaction.

• Verify concession form for expiry items

• Order material from third party warehouse

• Print expired raw material list

• Handle driver for incoming material

• Able to multitask between packing, picking and receiving tasks

• Backup other staffs during their absence

• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, raw material store
  and logistics in the Chemicals industry preferred

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software

• Able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative and willing to learn attitude
