Position : Administrative Clerk (FULL TIME)
Salary : Rm2,000 - Rm2,300
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (6 days)
Venue : Klang
Job Requirement:
✅Proficient in 中文, Malay and English is a must for this role.
✅With valid driving license and own transportation
✅Based in Klang, Selangor.
✅Excellent communication skills, proactive, efficient and a good organizer.
✅Training provided
✅Being able to start as soon as possible is an advantage
Job Description:
✅To assist sales personnel to raise Purchase Order for stock delivery.
✅To monitor stock report in internal warehouse and external warehouse and do timely update to Sales Team.
✅To place order and coordinate with supplier, to monitor stock shipment, and liaise with Inventory Section on matters related to Stock Purchases.
✅To follow up delivery orders and other documents to customers
✅To assist sales person to key in sales forecast data and sales budget in the system and other reports as required by the Sales Department.
✅To liaise with Account Department with related documents and payment.
✅To file all relevant documents and maintain records
