This job is for an Administrative Executive. You might like this job because you will assist with various tasks like managing helpdesk requests, coordinating repairs, and preparing reports for the Management Corporation.

Job Description

  • To man the Helpdesk to record requests/ complaints and work closely with Residence Manager/ Supervisor to ensure prompt follow up.
  • To assist and follow up with contractors for quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
  • To assist in clerical functions such as typing, photocopying, faxing and filing.
  • To arrange for minor ad-hoc works and repairs such as cabling, plumbing, roof leakages etc.
  • To coordinate and assist Residence Manager/ Supervisor in attending to ad-hoc assignment such as renovation works, emergency/critical and urgent matters.
  • To key in data for card access systems (pedestrian gate, lift and car park) and constantly update the list.
  • To prepare monthly payment cheques for the work (ad-hoc or preventive maintenance) done.
  • To assist in renewal of preventive maintenance contracts and insurances.
  • To assist in the preparation of monthly reports as required by the Management Corporation (MC/ JMB).
  • To key into system the daily payment collections.
  • To attend AGMs and Council Meetings and assist in minutes preparation (if required).
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field (admin/ accounts support) is required for this position. Candidates with prior working experience in property management (admin/ accounting) field would have strong prospect of being employed.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and manage issues related to the estate/ building
  • Posess high level of integrity, drive, commitment as well as able to work independently in all tasks given.
