This position is based in Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall Admin - Hospitality & Tour (Procurement, Logistic, IT, HR, Office Admin and coordinate with Sales/Operations) functions.
  • Provides Admin Support to the Deputy Group General Manager (Operations)
  • Ensure that all Admin operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
  • Responsible for the admin budget. Monitors and reports any abnormalities.
  • Register, monitor, and renew licenses, utilities, telephony, insurances, banking, and, company assets.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality, Tourism, Purchasing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of administrative functions.
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Exposure to human resources, IT, admin, purchasing, and ISO functions is a prerequisite for the position.
  • Must be experienced in various government licensing/permit requirements related to the hospitality & tourism industry.
